Empathy takes listening

Empathy is a slow boil

Empathy considers what it is like to walk a  mile in someone else’s shoes

Empathy means removing yourself from personal emotions yet not emotionally

A powerful opportunity is there in empathy. The ability to understand someone and yet not agree with their actions. The ability to work with them and perhaps change their mind if they are open. In a service industry empathy is key to successful serving customers. In a family it is key to having good healthy relationship.
