>Are you suspicious of your customers?
>I understand the expression “Buyers are liars”, it is one of my favorite around and it is even Biblical. Proverbs 20:14 tells us,
14 “Bad, bad,” says the buyer,
but when he goes away, then he boasts.
I don’t see anything wrong with trying to get a deal and working hard for a fair price. Remember the seller doesn’t have to sell it to you:) Now once someone is a customer of yours, does the suspicion end? You are in relationship and on one level no longer strangers. Doesn’t a certain level of trust come along with that?

About Translation: An unfortunate choice of words
A client is your most valuable resource, a close second are those who serve the clients needs (the people with the dirt under their nails), salespeople are the lowest in the chain…the servants of all. Once you have a client, they have bought your product, they should be treasured. It is their permission that leads to recurring business and new opportunities. That doesn’t matter whether you are the second largest company in the industry or a mom and pop. So you want to choose them wisely, and then serve them with everything you have.
